Carbon nanotube-filled master batch is a concentrate version of conductive composite with 10-15% loading of carbon nanotubes (FloTube 9000).  By pre-dispersing our carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in selected base resin, customers can easily let down the masterbatch to their target loading level and fully realize the maximum benefit of dispersed carbon nanotubes as conductive filler.  Dispersion of the CNTs is the key to forming a percolated network of CNTs enabling superior electric conductivity in the target application at loadings as low as 2%.  Due to this low loading of the conductive filler, the compound delivers desirable properties when compared to compounds made with conventional conductive fillers such as carbon black and carbon fiber.
